This measure sought to add to the current school levy by a rate of $.79 per $100 of assessed value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for current expenses in the district.

The question on the ballot:
|An additional tax for the benefit of the Lockland Local School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding seven and ninety-five hundredths (7.95) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seventy-nine and five tenths cents ($0.795) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.|
