Measure C amended the Long Beach City Charter to:
- Increase the credits given to disabled veterans in city hiring processes.
- Lower the disability threshold from 30% to 10% so that more veterans wounded in service receive the hiring preference.
- These final, certified results are from the Smartvoter.org, California, Los Angeles County elections information.
