Two Lowell City Water and Sewer System Borrowing Measures were on the May 18, 2010 ballot in the city of Lowell which is in Lane County.

Both measures were approved
Water System:

  • YES 171 (53.94%)Approveda
  • NO 146 (46.06%)

Sewer System:

  • YES 161 (51.11%)Approveda
  • NO 154 (48.89%)[1]

Both measures sought to create bonds for water and sewer systems of the city. The water bond will be in the amount of $948,000 and will go towards system improvements and adding storage to the system.[2] The sewer bond will be in the amount of $379,000 and will go towards extending and servicing the station.[3]
