Language on the ballot:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Maurice Helou, Inc., dba Lyndhurst Valero, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood retail convenience store at 5615 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, OH 44124 in this precinct?[1][2]
