Lynn R. Wachtmann (b. December 24, 1954) is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 81. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.

Wachtmann represented District 75 from 1985 to 1998. He was also a member of the Ohio State Senate from 1999 to 2007.

Wachtmann was ineligible to run for re-election to the House in 2014 because of term-limits.

Biography

Wachtmann graduated from Napoleon High School and Four County Joint Vocational School. His professional experience includes being the owner and president of Culligan Water Conditioning and Maumee Valley Bottlers Incorporated.[1]

Wachtmann ran in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 81. Wachtmann was unopposed in the March 6 Republican primary election and defeated John Vanover (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4][5]
