Lyons Rural Fire Protection District Bond Measure (November 2012)
If approved, this measure would have authorized the Lyons Rural Fire Protection District to issue up to $1 million in general obligation bonds to be used for the purchasing and equipping of two public safety vehicles. These bonds would mature in 10.5 years or less and would be payable through property taxes with an estimated rate of $0.6425 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.
