Kinsey was a Libertarian candidate for District 5B of the Maryland House of Delegates in 2010. Kinsey was defeated by Frank Mirabile, Jr. in the Republican primary on April 3, 2012.[1]

Kinsey ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 7th District. Kinsey was defeated by Frank Mirabile, Jr. in the Republican primary on April 3, 2012.[2]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run was January 11, 2012.[3]

Kinsey was a Libertarian candidate for District 5B of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

A. Wade Kach defeated Pete Definbaugh (D) and Kinsey (L) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
