The Maine Northern Vocational-Technical Institute Dormitory Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Maine as a legislatively-referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure issued $2.1 million in bonds for the construction of a dormitory at Northern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute at Presque Isle.[2][3]

"Shall a bond issue be ratified for the purposes set forth in 'AN ACT to Authorize a Self-liquidating Bond Issue in the Amount of $2,100,000 to Establish a Dormitory at Northern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute,' passed by the Second Regular Session of the 108th Legislature?" [4]
