The question asked of voters was, ""Do You Favor the Change in Maine Law that Would Allow all Stores a Choice to Open on Sunday and Certain Holidays, Provided Stores in Excess of 5000 Square Feet of Selling Space do not Require thier Employees to Work on Such Days Proposed by Citizen Petition?"
