The Maine Vocational-Technical Institutes Construction Projects Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 4, was on the December 5, 1977 ballot in Maine as a legislatively-referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure issued $3,748,000 in bonds for several construction projects at the state technical-vocational institutes. These projects included an educational wing at Central Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, a mechanicals building at Eastern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, a multipurpose instructional building at Northern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute and a building construction facility at Southern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute.[2][3]

"Shall the State authorize bond issue in the amount of $3,748,000 for construction of an educational wing at Central Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, a mechanicals building at Eastern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, a multipurpose instructional building at Northern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute and a building construction facility at Southern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, as passed by the First Regular Session of the 108th Legislature?"
