A Malabar City Land Purchase and Tax Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Brevard County, which is in Florida, where it was defeated.

This question authorized the purchase of new land for the town and proved for the funding of the land purchases through a 1 mil tax for a period of two years.[1]
