Margaret "Peggy" Donaldson Smith (b. August 10, 1952) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 46. She was first elected to the chamber in 2008.

Biography

Smith earned her B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan. She went on to receive her MA and EdD from West Virginia University. She then earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.

Smith has worked as a legislative assistant for West Virginia Treasurer Larrie Bailey. She currently works as an attorney.[1]
