Mark Burkhalter (b. December 12, 1960) is a former Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 50 from 1993 to 2011. He served as Speaker Pro Tempore.

Biography

Burkhalter's professional experience includes working as a Real Estate Broker with Burkhalter Realty and Legislative Director for the United States Congress.

He is President of the Optimist Club, and a member of the Warsaw/Ocee Community Arts Center, North Fulton Arts Council and the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board.[1]
