Marvin Gurley was a Republican candidate for District 3 of the Tennessee House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 5, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Scotty Campbell won the August 5 primary, defeating Gurley, Carl Michael Howard, Nick Collette, Sherry Greene Grubb, Timothy Hill and Richard Armstrong, III.[1] Campbell faced Democrat Joe Mike Akard in the general election on November 2, 2010.
