Marvin W. Lucas, Jr. (b. November 15, 1941) is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 42. He was first elected to the chamber in 2000. He previously served as Deputy Minority Whip.

Biography

Lucas received his B.S. from Fayetteville State University in 1964, his M.A. from North Carolina Central University in 1975 and his Ed.S. at East Carolina University in 1977. He is a retired teacher and principal.
