Ordinance No. 00-0034 to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to borrow up to $1,000,000 to be used for the costs of inspection, removal, encapsulation, management, containment and abatement of asbestos in existing buildings, structures and facilities owned or controlled by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, including but not limited to, health, fire, urban services, multipurpose, recreation, schools, office buildings and libraries; and for doing all things necessary, proper and expedient in connection therewith.
