Question G was on the November 2, 2004 election ballot in the City of Baltimore, where it was approved.

The official ballot question was, "Ordinance No. 04-713 to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to borrow up to $33,500,000, to be used for, or in connection with, planning, developing, executing and making operative the community development program of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore; and for the doing any and all things necessary, proper or expedient in connection therewith.[1]
