The Massachusetts Absentee Voting Due to Physical Disability Amendment, also known as Question 4, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measured allowed absentee voting for people with physical disabilities.[1]
