The Massachusetts Constitutional Guarantee of Healthcare Initiative will not appear on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Massachusetts as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have provided a constitutional amendment directing the legislature to enact and implement laws to ensure that state residents have access to "comprehensive, affordable and equitably financed health insurance converge."[1]

Petitioners did not turn in signatures to the Office of the Secretary of State by November 20, thus eliminating the measure's chances of appearing on the ballot in 2014.[2]
