The Massachusetts Governor's Time to React to Legislation Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure extended the time in which the governor may act upon legislation to ten days.[1]
