The Massachusetts Highway Tax for Mass Transit Amendment, also known as Question 4, was on the November 5, 1974 ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted utilizing highway tax revenues for mass transit.[1]
