The Massachusetts Labor Unions to File with Labor Commissioner Act, also known as Question 2, was on the November 5, 1946 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure mandated that labor unions file with the Commissioner of Labor and Industrie.[1]
