The Massachusetts Public Schools Cannot Discriminate Based on Race or Creed Amendment, also known as Question 6, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure prohibited students from being assigned or denied admittance to public schools based on race, color, national origin or creed.
