The Massachusetts Public Aid for Non-Public Education Institutions Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed public aid for private students and education institutions.[1]
