The Massachusetts Restoration of Annual Legislative Sessions and Budgets Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure restored annual sessions of the state legislature and an annual budget.[1]
