The Massachusetts Revision of State Constitution Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the November 4, 1919 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved, but was later overturned by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. The measure would have rearranged the state constitution.[1]
