The Massachusetts Signatures and Legislative Procedures for Initiatives Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the number of voters’ signatures required for petitions and changed the legislative procedures relating to such petitions.[1]
