The Massachusetts State Credit Disbursement Upon Legislative Supermajority Vote Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the disbursement of state credit upon a two-thirds vote in each branch of the state legislature.[1]
