The Massachusetts U.S. President and Vice-President Term Commencements Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the November 8, 1932 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure approved the fixing of term commencements for the positions of the U.S. President and Vice-President.[1]
