The Massachusetts Voters' Guide Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Massachusetts as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required that information for voters be sent to each residence of one or more registered voters.[1]
