Matt Szollosi is a former Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 46 from 2006 to May 31, 2013. Szollosi resigned from office on May 31, 2013 to become the Executive Director of the Affiliated Construction Trades.[1]

He served as Assistant Minority Floor Leader from 2011-2013.

Biography

Szollosi earned his B.A. in English from the University of Toledo and J.D. from the University of Toledo School of Law. He was an attorney and partner with Cosme, D'Angelo and Szollosi. Szollosi served on the Oregon City Council from 1999 to 2007.

Szollosi won re-election in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 46. Szollosi was unopposed in the March 6 Democratic primary election and defeated David Kissinger (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4][5]
