Matthew Hall McAllister

Matthew Hall McAllister (1800-1865) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the California Circuit.

He was nominated by President Franklin Pierce on March 2, 1855. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 3, 1855, and received commission that same day. He resigned on January 12, 1863.
