Wallace earned his M.A. in Education/Education Specialist from Central Missouri State University, B.A. in Education from Southwest Missouri State University, and AA in Science from the College of the Ozarks. He served as Superintendent of Schools of Ava from 1994-1999 and Forsyth from 1979-1994, was Principal at Butler from 1973-1979, and a teacher and coach from 1966-1973.
Wallace is a member of the Missouri Association of School Administrators and Missouri State Teachers Association. He is married and has three children.
