The city of Mesa asked for approval of four utility bonds to help manage services in the city. The first was a bond in the amount of $98.8 million which will go towards water projects in the city, the second was for $39 million which will go towards wastewater projects, the third was for $48.4 million which will go towards natural gas services and the last was for $15.9 million which will go towards the cities electricity services.
