The Michigan For-Profit Public Schools Ban Amendment may appear on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Michigan as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure, upon voter approval, would prohibit public schools from being operated on a for-profit basis or by a for-profit entity.[1]
