The Michigan School Operating Property Tax Amendment, also known as Proposal C was an initiated constitutional amendment on the November 1992 ballot in Michigan, where it was defeated.

Proposal C would have exempted property from a portion of school operating property taxes and limit annual increases in all property tax assessments.[1]
