The Michigan State Parks Fund Amendment, also known as Proposal P, was legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Michigan, where it was approved.

Proposal P established a Michigan state parks endowment fund, increased maximum allowable funds in Michigan natural resources trust fund, and eliminated diversion of dedicated revenue from Michigan natural resources trust fund.[1]
