Middleton School District Bond Measure (November 2012)
This measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $59.8 million in order to help pay for a new middle school building as well as renovating and remodeling current facilities. School officials had also tried in April 2009 to rebuild the elementary school building but that measure failed. If approved, an additional levy of $70 per $100,000 of assessed value a year would be added to the current property tax rate.
