|“||The City Council of Mill Creek passed Resolution No. 2012-491 to allow voters to decide whether to authorize a one-tenth of one percent public safety sales tax. If approved, this proposition would authorize the City to fix and impose an additional sales and use tax of 0.1%, split between the City (85%) and Snohomish County (15%). City proceeds shall be used exclusively for police and/or fire protection purposes.||”|
