Minnesota county attorneys to aggressively prosecute voter fraud
October 3, 2008
Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie announced that absentee ballots have been released through out the state. He also cautioned voters to pay close attention to how forms should be filled out and returned.
Groups and organizations send registration forms every year but can be misleading in their instructions, which could lead to vote fraud.
"What it boils down to is, if folks are confused or feel information has been misleading in any way, they should contact their local county officials," Aiken said. "They will determine if it should be brought to the county attorney."
