The Missouri Amending Charter of City of St. Louis Amendment, also known as Issue 4, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. [1]

Issue 4 was an attempt to change the manner in which the charter of the city of St. Louis was amended.[2]
