The Missouri Budget for Pensions to the Elderly Amendment, also known as Issue 5, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment.[1]

The measure would have created an annual standing appropriation of $25,000,000 to pay pensions for citizens over 65 years of age.[2]
