The Missouri City Charter Amendment , also known as Issue 8, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The bill would have authorized certain large cities to amend their charters by less difficult methods than were provided at the time.[2]
