The Missouri City Charters Amendment, also known as Issue 2, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was adopted.[1]

The measure allowed cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants to frame and amend their charters by less difficult methods.[2]
