The Missouri City and County Tax Code Update Amendment, also known as Issue 12, was on the February 26, 1924 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have overhauled the tax codes for cities and counties in the state of Missouri.[2]
