The Missouri General Assembly Compensation Amendment, also known as Issue 3, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was adopted.[1]

The measure fixed compensation for the Missouri General Assembly at $125 per month plus one dollar per ten miles traveled while in session.[2]
