The Missouri Homestead Loan Fund Amendment, also known as the Issue 7, was on the November 5, 1918 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have established a homestead loan fund within the state treasury. The fund would have been loaned out to citizens of Missouri for purchasing homesteads and building permanent improvements.[2]
