The Missouri Road Bonds Petitions Amendment, also known as Issue 15, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. [1]

The measure would have authorized the issuing and collection of bonds and taxes in order to benefit roads.[2]
