The Missouri Unicameral Legislature Amendment, also known as Issue 2, was on the November 7, 1944 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have created a unicameral legislature consisting of beteween 50 and 75 representatives. The measure outlined the terms, salaries, and redistricting for representatives as well.[2]
