The Missouri Conservation Revenue Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the 1/8 cent tax for conservation revenue to be used for payments on commissioned lands in lieu of taxes.[1][2]
